Whether you’re here for your first visit or you’re a regular at Rich’s, this raffle is our way of saying thank you and bringing more joy to the Aruba community.

Policies and agreement
Eligibility and Participation
Age Requirement: Participants must be at least 18 years old.
Residency: Open to both residents of Aruba and visitors present in Aruba at the time of purchase and the draw.
Exclusions: Employees of Rich’s Arubian Dish and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
Ticket Pricing and Sales
Cost: Each raffle ticket is priced at AWF 25.00.
Limit: Tickets will be sold until the specific sales goal is reached or the organizer sets a deadline.
Responsibility: You must keep your ticket safe; the organizer is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets.
How the Winner is Chosen
Sales Goal: The draw will officially take place once a minimum of 1,500 tickets have been sold.
Announcement: Once the goal is met, the draw date will be announced within 15 days via social media.
Transparency: The selection will be broadcast live on Instagram or Facebook to ensure a fair and random result.
Claiming Your Prize
Presence Required: You (or a legally authorized representative with a notarized power of attorney) must be present at the time of the draw to win.
Redraw Policy: If a winner is not present, a new draw will be held immediately until the prize is claimed.
Documentation: To claim the car, you must present a valid ID (Aruban ID or Passport) and your original winning ticket.
Prize Details and Conditions
“As-Is” Condition: The vehicle is delivered in its current state as displayed; no color or model changes or cash exchanges are permitted.
Delivery Timeline: Physical delivery occurs within 30 business days after the draw.
Winner’s Costs: The winner is responsible for all costs related to title transfer, insurance, taxes (BPM/circulation tax), and ongoing maintenance.
Promotional Obligations
Vehicle Branding: As a condition of winning, you agree to display a “Rich’s Arubian Dish & Caribbean Delight” promotional sticker on the car.
Duration: The sticker must remain in a visible location for six (6) consecutive months following delivery.
